The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has not yet invited applications from qualified Nigerians for recruitment into various positions within the Agency. Is NDLEA Recruitment Form Out in 2025?
As of now, the NDLEA recruitment form is not yet available. However, applicants are advised to prepare because the portal will soon be open. It is for your own good to know the requirements and prepare the necessary documents ahead of time. NDLEA Recruitment Requirements 2024
Applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify for NDLEA recruitment:
- Be of Nigerian origin by birth and possess a National Identity Number (NIN).
- Be medically fit with a certificate of fitness from a government hospital.
- Have good character and no criminal record.
- Be drug-free.
- Meet the age requirements: Superintendent Cadre: 20-35 years or Other Cadres: 18-30 years (40 years for Medical Doctors and Drivers).
- Meet height requirements: 1.65m for males and 1.60m for females.
- Possess a valid practicing license (for medical and allied professionals) or be called to the Bar (for lawyers).
- Use a personal email address and phone number for application.
- Any certificate not declared at the time of application cannot be used later for career progression.
How to Apply for NDLEA Recruitment in 2025
To apply for the NDLEA recruitment, visit the NDLEA official website at www.ndlea.gov.ng and navigate to the “Careers” section. Carefully read the instructions provided before clicking on “Apply Now.” This will redirect you to a page where you can select your preferred job category. Unfortunately, multiple applications will lead to disqualification, so if you register once, you can’t register again, even if you made a mistake in your previous application.
Fill out the online application form and make sure that all required documents are uploaded. These include a passport photograph, educational certificates, a certificate of state of origin, a birth certificate or age declaration, a national identity card, and an NYSC discharge or exemption certificate (if applicable).
After the application, print out the generated Application Slip for reference. Shortlisted candidates will be required to fill vetting forms and will be subjected to further screening, including random drug testing. Applicants are reminded to use their personal email addresses and phone numbers for the application process.
NDLEA Application Deadline 2025
There is no NDLEA closing date at the moment because the portal for 2025 is not yet open. The recruitment portal will remain open for four weeks, which is exactly one month. Ensure you submit your application before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
All applications are free and you are not to pay anyone. Applicants must print out their photo-slip and download referee forms to be completed by two reputable individuals in society. These forms should be brought along during the screening or interview process.
